  • Our website subscription plan runs for a minimum of 12 months, after which it continues on a month-to-month basis. You’re free to cancel anytime once the initial 12-month term is complete.

    Please note that the website remains our property if the subscription is canceled—this helps us keep our pricing fair and sustainable for all clients.

  • If you choose to cancel before the initial 12-month term ends, the remaining balance of the standard website cost ($3,800) will be due, minus any payments already made.

    Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with our clients—working with businesses that value consistent growth, collaboration, and lasting results.

  • When you sign a contract—whether it’s a lump-sum payment or a subscription plan—we’re committed to creating a design you’ll love. If we’re unable to deliver a design you’re 100% happy with and you decide not to move forward, we’ll refund your initial payment in full.

    Once you approve the design and we begin building your website, refunds are no longer guaranteed. At that stage, any refund requests will be handled at our discretion.

  • Each additional page is a one-time fee of $100 per page—not a recurring monthly charge.

    For example, if you need four extra pages, that’s a total of $400, paid once. No ongoing fees—just straightforward, transparent pricing (because monthly page fees would be crazy!
