About Us

Monroe Township Web Designs

Hi, my name is Matt Sze! I’m the owner and developer behind Monroe Township Web Designs, and a proud Monroe Township native. I first got into programming during my undergrad years at Rutgers, where I worked as a MATLAB teaching assistant. Funny enough, I actually majored in Chemical Engineering and spent three years working in the oil and gas industry before realizing my real passion was in software development.

I quickly realized that career wasn’t for me and rediscovered my love for programming during the Covid pandemic, when I enrolled in Fullstack Academy’s Immersive Software Engineering bootcamp. After graduating, I joined Colgate-Palmolive as a developer, where I worked on their global eCommerce platform. From there, I transitioned to MIT Lincoln Laboratory in Boston, where I now work in the Artificial Intelligence and Algorithms division. I’m also currently pursuing my master’s in computer science at the University of Pennsylvania. My goal is to use the skills I’ve gained to give back — helping local businesses grow and succeed through modern, high-quality web solutions.
